If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 14 days from receiving the order.

Returns must be initiated within 2 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with tags, etc.

• Please be aware that "not tested" and discounted items can't be refunded, in that case we provide a voucher valid for 6 months.
• There are no returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of Europe.
• Four Dutch orders, we can provide you with a shipping label with a cost of €4. We will provide you a printed return delivery note with all the specifications, In the case you need more information, please send us an email to tomafotograaf@gmail.com and we will give you the instructions to follow.
• TOMAFOTOGRAAF will not be responsible for any customs charge or fee attached to the shipment when passing European customs. TOMAFOTOGRAAF will not assume the costs of any additional fee for the return of any product.
• In case of defects and/or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies as refunds or discounts. If the received products are damaged, non-compliant, faulty or incorrect, you may apply for a repair or replacement or refund of the purchased goods within two weeks of acknowledging the same.
• If a package is abandoned or unreclaimed and is subsequently sent to our facilities, we will not be responsible for the return postage or refund: the collection of the packages is the responsibility of the customer. We don't refund unreclaimed packages.

EXCHANGES
In the case of needing a size exchange, we will keep the desired item for you until we receive the return. So you won't have to worry if stock is limited.
You can also submit a new order and return the original purchase, we will refund you within 48 hours.
